Looks like it did a breakout from the Ichimoku cloud it must breakout out of 7.12 to ascend further up. Be wary though as the chart looks like it could create a head and shoulders pattern. If things go bad it might revisit 3.32 area.
The flat top of seikou span A of the weekly chart acts as a strong resistance.
